Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor needed in Appleton, WI! Direct Hire! 

Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to add to our client’s growing team! 

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the building and facilities maintenance, machine maintenance, scheduling preventative maintenance on equipment, parts inventory and purchasing, and ensuring company safety practices are being followed throughout the plant. Additional duties of this position include leading contractor safety performance and coordinating all contractors as needed, managing and supervising the maintenance team, ensuring the company fire, safety, and emergency systems are full operational and routinely tested, reviewing and approving all maintenance purchases, establishing and monitoring maintenance staff performance and development goals, and ensuring all equipment is maintained and in good working condition. 

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity, with a well-established manufacturing company in the Appleton, WI area! The standard working hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm, with flexibility. The starting salary for this role is 70-80k+ based on experience.

Qualifications:
* Associate degree in E/M Technology or related field, preferred
* 3+ years of Maintenance Supervisor or Manager experience, strongly preferred.
* Strong understanding of PLC’s, VFD’s, Servo, and motor controls
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
* Basic electrical circuitry knowledge 
* 3+ years of millwright/industrial mechanic experience will be considered in lieu of degree and electrical experience.
